Trying to use up the produce of the season? Found this really great (super easy) way to make healthy fries.
zucchini, carrots (whatever else you've got to use up - I liked these because they could be cut into sticks, but you could use cauliflower, beets, peppers)
salt & pepper...
how to do it:
cut veggies into sticks, coat with olive oil.
lay onto pan covered with parchment paper.
seasoning- you can go with just salt & pepper, which is great, or, if you like, you can use clubhouse italian seasoning (I used this on mine and really liked it, variations are endless, really. I have used the clubhouse greek seasoning as well, and it was good too).
Bake at 350 until brown and slightly crispy - about 15 minutes depending on the veggie you use and the size of the sticks.
