Grown up comfort

Sometimes you just need a quick dinner/lunch/snack. A great go-to is a classic grilled cheese, it's ready in couple of minutes and it's a satisfying sandwich - maybe add a bowl of soup and you're eating in about 15 minutes. This is a grownup version of a grilled cheese - equally easy and really delicious (this would also be great, cut into small strips or squares for an appetizer served with a really nice white wine - are you drooling yet?)

Turkey, harvati grilled cheese

2 slices of bread (your choice, but I really like a multigrain with lots of texture)
now spread onto 1 side of the bread
apple cranberry chutney by Stonewall Kitchen (available at Crocus & Ivy) then layer
couple slices of turkey (I use oven roast turkey from my grocery store's deli)
havarti cheese - thin slices
and last slice of bread
I like to use butter on my bread but you could use olive oil - butter the outsides of the bread and place into a frying pan or if you have a panini maker - pop it in and let it grill.
If you're using a fry pan, watch until the side in the pan has turned golden brown and then flip. Once both sides are golden and you can see that the cheese has melted, remove and....bite into this little bit of heaven.
