Some like it hot, we like it frozen

May long-weekend means summer is here! We can wear white (old school rule), have picnics (do people really do that?), barbeque (people do do that!), ride bikes, sit in the sun (not supposed to do that) and drink frosty bevvies. So, here is a decadent, yummy, frozen drink that sounds like more work than it is - once you make this, you'll be hooked - and if you like a little more punch to your frappe - add a little bailey's, or

whatever you like;)

Frozen Hot Chocolate
3/4 c. of milk chocolate chips

Carefully melt in your microwave at short intervals - you don't want to burn it.
Stir into the melted chocolate
1 1/2 tbsp. gourmet village hot chocolate mix
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
Blend well and cool to room temp.
In a blender add
1 c. milk
the chocolate mixture
3 cups of ice.
Blend until the consistency of a frappe.
Pour into glasses, top with whipping cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
