A brownie is a perfect treat to a chocolate lover! A cross between a cake and a cookie, typically eaten by hand, often accompanied by milk or served warm with ice cream. What is there not to love about a brownie? This is a real simple way to dress up a naked brownie and FYI, they lasted about 10 minutes in our house;)
1 box brownie mix (I like to use the gourmet village mix that we carry in the shop - it's Canadian made, really nice chocolate flavor and they taste homemade) but you can use whatever mix you like.
make and bake according to the directions on the box. Let cool, completely.
1 jar marshmallow fluff
Chocolate swirl recipe
1/2 c. choc. chips
1 tbsp corn syrup
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
melt together and mix until smooth (I do this in the microwave, but do not burn it)
Warm up your marshmallow fluff - just a bit in the microwave - it will spread a bit easier - cover your brownie with the marshmallow fluff
Drop large dollops of the warm chocolate onto the marshmallow, leaving space between
using a knife, drag it thru the chocolate, making a pattern in the marshmallow.
Let cool and et voila!
