Salut! A toast to end the Summer

It's the last long weekend of the summer:( We decided to end our Saturday at the shop with a toast - a toast to our 16th summer in business and to the end of a beautiful summer!

Carol & I were introduced to this cocktail by one of our favorite B.C. Sales Reps - it's light and refreshing and we wanted to share it with our staff and friends, so here's the recipe for you to share with your friends.

 

Aperol Spritz
You'll need
Prosecco, chilled
Aperol liquor
Club Soda
Orange slices
Ice

 

Fill a glass 3/4 full of ice, 
Fill with 2/3 Prosecco
Add 2 ounces of Aperal
a splash of soda
add an orange slice
quick stir
and serve:)
