Never too much pumpkin!

This is a super easy dessert that requires no baking! It's light and fluffy and creamy and lip-smacking good, so get to it, this is a lovely fall dessert.

Layered Pumpkin Pie

Graham cracker crust (you can use pre-maid or make your own following the recipe on the box)

1 pkg. light cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. milk
beat together until smooth
Stir in 1/2 a container of cool whip.
Spread onto graham cracker base

1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
2 pkg. vanilla pudding (3.4 oz size)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. milk
whisk together (this will be thick) 
spread over cream cheese.

Top with 1/2 container of cool whip.

Pop into fridge for about 4 hours or until firm.
