So, for those of you are looking to be a healthier version of yourself in 2018 here's a granola recipe that is super easy and is not full of processed ingedients.
Homemade Cinnamon Honey Granola
Heat oven to 300
Combine 4 cups oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts (I used pecans - almonds work too)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
In separate bowl
1/3 c. oil (coconut oil is what I used)
2/3 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla (pure)
Mix wet ingredients into dry oat mixture (go ahead, use your hands)
Spread onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes
Remove from oven and stir
bake another 10 minutes, until golden.
Let cool and serve with yoghurt and fruit to make a lovely, healthy, delicious parfait.
